And is it still possible to make one that self grinds, like back in the old days>?

It's pretty easy, im no ent but ive done it a couple times, name your macro "flourish" and type in:

/flourish 1;
/pause 15;
/macro flourish;

while it is still the season, make sure to use the dancing device you get from the lifeday vendors, you can use /changedance to unlock any dance, use a lv 90 dance and you will get loads of xp pretty easily  :)
