It is very clear that the NGE was introduced to make SWG more WoW like.

My question is this:

Why did you and why do you continue to do it half assed?

And here is a rant:

WTF are you waiting for and WhyTF are you players tolerating this half assed version of WoW in a starwars wrapper?

Why not give a player the ability to have a combat class and choose a trade or entertainer profession aswell (since they are already watered down anyway)?

Why have you not introduced instanced battlefields?  I am sure all of you have heard of a little game called Star Wars battlefront by now and even a very stupid person can see why this added to SWG would make it a bit more successful.

Why not steal the Arena concept and put in in Jabba's palace?  You know, where Luke fights the Rancor...

Why not steal the outdoor PvP system and attach them to a POI from the movies?  That abandoned rebel outpost...

Make frontlines on some of the planets and clarify Imperial and rebel areas so that players can raid each others towns, kill thier trainers and vendors (temporary deaths).

Make players choose a faction for life.  No more neutrality.

You have already stepped away from Pre-CU, so step all the way away from it.

The people still playing this game are very passive - if they have not left by now the above changes will not scare them away and you just might get those new players you've been trying for.

Or please step aside and let someone else do it, because the Midi-chlorians, the gamers, and...hell, even Jar Jar Binks deserves better than this.

Shouldn't you post this at SWG's official forums? Where the dev's actually are?

Actually it's the other way around. Developers spend money on advertising here so they hold influence over mmorpg.com.

I like these ideas, or blatant thievery from wow again. Why not.  The people hanging at Restuss would love this, they deserve it for sticking to soe's fart in a bottle attempts so far. Steal away, make it wow in swg clothes, who gives a shit. Just get some real pvp content in there.

Need a start? Ok, two flags in restuss like wsg with faction points for the winning team. There you go, will give the players something to do apart from chatting and ganking all day.

Give them that while you are off making the real pvp content as mentioned above. Or maybe come up with some new pvp ideas. I love sw,  I loved this game, give me a reason and Ill come back and play, we all will!!

lol...like it would matter. People on the official forums are begging for attention from the devs and getting nothing in return.
