i better stay in bf3

Looks a lot like BF3, but the persistent world draws me in. I think the powers that be ought to consider BF4 with a persistent world. =)

Cannot wait for this, have introduced it to everyone at my work - there will be blood, oh yes, there will be blood. 

What made this game somewhat appealing to me is the air flight combat. Just imagine that you can just ram and kill players just the way players do it in UT2004, and 3.

hmm Will we still see those high rez graphics and get the good performance? No doubt that a % of players with good rigs will, but what will the server performance be like?

I played TR in the original PS.  499 players on one map 20x the size of a typicall single player FPS.  You want 3 Factions, you want Open World PvP, you want Planetside.  And now with even bigger maps, and better graphics.

Can't wait for the hacks, where do I sign up for aimbots and wallhacks? Seriously, PS1 fell apart cause of cheaters, upgrading the graphics isn't going to solve the root of the problem. PS1 failed to stop it, APB failed to stop it, APB: Reloaded failed to stop it and so did Darkfall. If you want an FPS that doesn't require you to pay to get your butt handed to you, stick with BF3.

Looks fun, I played Planetside 1 at launch for a bit and was surprised at how different it was.  Still looks interesting, especially among the backdrop of other games released lately.

@Axllow18 How about we just wait and see. I see an FPS / TPS style game and along with it, hacks and cheats. Sure theres an FPS out there somewhere that has 0 hackers in it, but while your waiting to find it, I'm going to go back to reality.

Yeah, that's pretty much exactly what I intend to do. Watch and see, but considering the game is FTP I won't have to pay a single dime to see.

Have fun playing BF3 though, because it SURELY doesn't have hackers since it's got that awesome Punkbuster (lol). You payed what, 60$ to get your butt handed to you?

Imagine what EQ Next will look like using this engine..wow.
