  keeping in mind that I have played "Dark & Light" in the past, I decided to give it a try again whilst I waited for "Mortal  Online" to come to fruition.  I registered at the website,and after several attempts was unable to download the "Installer" .

  I  proceeded to post on their forums for assistance or enlightenment as to why I was having this problem.. Let me tell you,I, was SHOCKED at the response I got from a member who had been with the game since 2005 and who will remain nameless:

 

"Well, game servers been down for over 6 weeks now, the company fired everyone and the CEO is MIA, no official word here in the forums for months...

Well, you do the math...

 

 well,well guess D&L may be down the tubes, at least for the time being.  Let's hope someone or something comes to the forefront and rescues the game, if it can be at all

What's shocking is you were the last person on earth to know the game no longer exists.

Even sandboxes have fundamental rules such as; "Don't eat the cat poop, you'll die."

I wasn't aware it shut down either. Last thing I have heard the game went completely free with no form of income whatsoever and the company got sued.

Game hopping since 2003.

I've been driving Vuarrs ferari for the last 6 months so I don't know how he's been getting to work.
