I wouldn't read too much into the "introduce" thing because not many people know about ArcheAge from what I can tell other than the really hardcore MMO genre followers. Most casual gamers will have no clue it even exists let alone what it is about. Maybe they will plan to make a big splash next year at E3 to get the word out a bit. Enter a whole new realm of challenge and adventure.

It won't even be released in Korea until 2013 (earliest). They already have contracts signed for japanese and chinese versions, so EU and US versions are still a ways out.
