haven't tried this since december but jumped in because a friend wanted to try it out.. they actually redid a lot of things in the game since last time I played. Seems the battleframes were redone, crafting changed a bit, vehicles added, lot more customization with appearance and skills. I'm not huge on the shooter games but actually having a decent time this go around

I angered the clerk in a clothing shop today. She asked me what size I was and I said actual, because I am not to scale. I like vending machines 'cause snacks are better when they fall. If I buy a candy bar at a store, oftentimes, I will drop it... so that it achieves its maximum flavor potential. --Mitch Hedberg

This game has so much potential, most fun I've had in a long time and it's only in beta.

Happy they are taking their time with beta

If you can't kill it, don't make it mad.

I've been in the beta for a year now. The game does in fact have a great deal of potential, but they are still changing even the core dynamics (the patch on the 22nd changed a LOT of the systems and their relationships).  It remains to be seen how this new system works out.  I suspect the patch was rushed out on the 22nd because of PAX East (23-25).

Eventually, the game may turn out to be great, but at this point there is no telling when they are going to finalize things, and take the game to launch. Hopefully, that will happen before their funding runs out, or their investors pull the plug.

yea i have been in beta since last summer and really haven't given the game a whole lot of time but it has changed a lot since then and a good amount in just the last couple months.. they seem to be really trying to add a lot more customization to the game in terms of the battleframes. Hope they do more for the PVE questing side of the game as its okay right now but nothing really great imho. The controls work well though and as a shooter is plays very good(much better than defiance in this area imho)

I agree.  It has been fun in beta for a year and a half, but I don't see it moving forward much.  They keep revamping the same systems over and over.
