Hi all fellow Realmers,

I'll be signing in today to wave farewell to the game I played for over 10 years, since Autumn 1996.

So many memories, both fair and foul, but it's time to move on.  I've not played for some months now, but I've always found it a tough decision to actually cancel my accounts, as Realm was such a huge part of my life for so long.

I would like to congratulate all who played for creating not just a game, but a community - depite all of the efforts of the various game owners to wreck it!

I can now be found playing World of Warcraft on the European Darkspear server. My main characters there are Geiela and Elheni, who knows, I may even bump into some Realmers there!

Best wishes to all those still playing and especially to my froends of old.

I have fond memories of this one. I left soon after everybody I knew also left...

I think it had too many owners, each with a different vision and lets face it, the thing is a bit dated now. Having said that, none of the more modern games have given me the feeling of fun I had when I was playing The Realm Online all those years ago.
