I launched the game client and entered the password to play, like I always did. But in the characters table, my charachter was gone, and the game reccomended me to create a new one. And all the gameplay I did, things like: all my ships, money, quests, etc, all gone. Now I have to play from the beggining? Does anybody know what's going on?

When was the last time that you successfully used your old character?

It's possible that you got "hacked", i.e., someone got your password and messed with your account.
