World of Tanks is the first MMO of its kind, a team-based game of armored warfare with tanks of the World War Two era. The 4th issue of the World of Tanks comic, Roll Out, has been released worldwide. The digital edition of the comic can be purchased from Dark Horse. To celebrate the release, console players can take part in a special limited time event called "Comic Book Mode".

Dolph Lundgren has bee named as the World of Tanks Swedish Tanks Ambassador as was announced along with today's introduction of Sweden's tank forces. The first vehicles to roll into game are Swedish tank destroyers in light, medium and heavy versions.
Wargaming has announced that World of Tanks: Blitz has been released on Steam so that players can choose where to play, what platform to play on and / or can take the game wherever they choose. The Steam version brings iOS, Android, Mac and Windows devices online for full tank action.
Wargaming has announced that the second issue of its Roll Out comic series based on World of Tanks has been released. One of the "stars" of the Roll Out series is Sherman Firefly Boilermaker. The WOT players can now purchase the Boilermaker for World of Tanks on console versions.
