Sadly this game has been taking a turn for the worse imo, updates have become pretty random in terms of content (blood & football? Did they forget this game was orignally meant to be rated mature?) and they consist mostly of cashshop items more often than not, one of which now is a box with +'d equipment within it..
No telling where things can go from here, but the outlook doesn't seem as promising to me anymore.
I would have to agree. The content being released is just a shinny rock they keep tossing at the ground and hoping we all stare at it long enough to divert our attention away from the fact it's taking way to long to release content that matters.
Other than the blood lord, I thought the update was rather lackluster. But it gives me time to catch up to everyone else, as I only started playing two weeks ago.
Since I play very casually (lvl 22 playing over a month) I thought the update was fine. It's a little goofy, but kicking the footballs at the bosses is just plain fun, haha.
This game had great style, and though it wasn't all to unique the concept was pretty cool upfront. Now i see guys with shades, and football... and after the initial disappointment of how the combat system lvl'ed of by lvl 10, the fail of dye system etc and so no.. this is going in the bin as one of the potentials went joke catagory of my memory.
Better luck next time Nexon.
and lets not forget GOLD SPAMMERS! they can be a real pest and it looks like we have on here now
anyways, the game is fun but it does lack a lot and since their recent updates, it hasnt really impressed me asides from the occasional chuckle of a friend screaming "THIS IS SPARTA!" and kicks a football all the way across the map into the boss
honestly, if they updated with more larger maps not instanced or at least continue instances..
half the damn time me and my friends want to break the walls of a town and go check the outside more, in the ruins alone there are doors that can be smashed down but wont allow us to go through, in the burning town well... hell its on fire i want to see the whole damn thing more because it was a real eye pleaser to see a change of scenery from spring to winter to hell and repeat.
right now, the game does have potential to be more... the Avatar and Depot shops are a bit iffy in my opinion but i did cave in and spend... it would be interesting if they would allow players to spend in game gold or their Tokens earned in combat (seals of enjoyment and seals of dedication) to exchange for Avatar items as a means of hard work to see their characters furhter themselves rather than sitting down and just praying for the next update
once you hit max there really is nothing to do in the game, really needs more exploration to allow players to have more fun..
story is great, i will admit that, i enjoy the whole idea of the oracle and the war, it was a good change of pace in between the main story with the sub quests as well as the humor of some of the characters, IE: 500 ice Strawberry Drinks!!! (first though was WTF seriously... 500??)
decent game, 7/10 just needs improvement
It's very exciting for the veteran and serious players, but I agree, what does this have to do with the story? Very random updates, but it's Nexon. I appreciate devCat, however, for the making of this game.
