Xsyon: Prelude Overview and Recent Content

Xsyon: Prelude is an post-apocalyptic MMORPG from Notorious Games. The game features sandbox gameplay and allows players to create and customize their own characters, advance in skills, engage in combat, and pursue player-driven quests. Players can also dynamically change the game through building projects and terraforming, and Xsyon's initial geographic terrain was developed using data from the US Geological Survey, but will change over time as players alter the landscape.


FEATURES

  • Character Customization and Development | Create and customize your own character and progress in a variety of skills by using them.
  • Quests and Events | Engage in different player-driven quests and regular GM-run events and tournaments.
  • Crafting and Construction | Craft a variety of useful weapons, armor, tools, equipment, and components, or construct a wide range of buildings, such as tents, cabins, mazes, houses, and monuments.
  • Terraforming | Terraform Xsyon's world through clearing, leveling, and raising the terrain.

  • Tribes | Build a solo Homestead or join with other players to form larger Bands, Clans, and 20+ player Tribes.
