End of Kung Foo CBT

As we are winding down on our testing for Kung Foo, we have decided to relaunch the game later this year with a new expansion containing additional content and optimized localization.

Just last week our Product Manager for Kung Foo traveled all the way to China to speak with the developers of the game on how to make this game even better for our community. We went into great details of all the feedback we have gathered from our testers will implement them into the game.

While players may say that the game was ready, release it now! We understand your plights and know you want to play as soon as possible. However we wanted to focus on adding more content to make it easier to for players of all types to jump into the game. We felt the game, while it was stable and had a abundance of awesome content could still be improved.

Relaunching it later in the year will give us more time to improve the game based on the various feedback that we have received from our community. We want to thank the community for their dedication and we hope to make the game even bigger and badder than ever.

The Closed Beta server will be going down on February 16th, Tuesday at 11 AM. To commence the ending of CBT, we will be in game to cause some havoc on players for the last time!

While the servers will be going down, please feel free to still provide additional feedback in the forums so we can add it into the development cycle.

  Ironically, Kung Foo shuts down today, where it will be offline for several months before the open beta launches.
