I know it's Leather Armor but which class is it for!!??....

To narrow it down, it's either archer or slayer, can't be sure though.

Its light armor for High Elf male. The armor in Tera changes look depending on the race you are...heres a link to check some others out. http://www.eximiusclan.com/threads/4742-Tera-400-Suits-of-armor

warrior use leather too. and also have to be male elf because armor is by type and race and gender.

For any high elf using medium armor, the armors in Tera change based on race and type so every leather users is the same (archers, warriors and slayers).

OT: I have a very schmexy high elf male and proud of it. I finally got the look perfectly how I wanted. 

 

To further illustrate what Kehdar said, allow me to show you these. To appreciate the amount of work, love and detail that has gone into these pieces. Same armour as the one the OP asked about.

Someone correct me if I got the armour piece wrong.

 

Stat wise it's the same armour, but like Kehdar said "the armors in Tera change based on race and type".
