En Masse. Hands down I have to give this company props for actually listening to the community. I just now loaded up the beta client and read the new features list. Bravo EME. I'm really glad to see a company that listens to its player base and is willing to consider our ideas. I simply cannot wait to start the open beta. Troll/Flame if you wish, but this game has massive potential, and is being led by a fantastic company. |

I really dont understand your point, they get a new update from korea and thats why EME is great? ._.; wat |

Reading can be hard I guess..
1. They listen to their player base. 2. They have great customer service. 3. They provide good content (not all based on a korean update - infact many differences). |

Like what changes? Only thing i heard conflicting reports of is private store removal which some sources claim is also happening in KR. Rest of changes listed on this page are exact copy of KR QoA part1 patch |

I am just getting interested in Tera as my second game with GW2 as my primary. Prepurchased GW2 few days ago and Prepurchased Tera last night. But I think the obvious best thing Tera has going for it is that Bioware and SW:TOR is in absolute Crash and Burn mode at the moment. Lots of gamers available to be aquired. |

The reason EnMasse is getting the praise it does is because they have the power to tweak things for us that other "porting" publishers have not been able to do. BHS is giving each publisher freedom in each respective region so though the content is mostly the same there will be differences between EU, J, K and NA TERA.
For someone who isn't keeping track of daily TERA news the lines will seem to blur between what EME has done and what KTERA has done. The reason is because while EME is busy getting as much of KTERA to us as possible, KTERA is adding new content at the same time lol. At the end of the day EME is not just an extension of BHS but controls NA TERA and is responsible for it's success or failure here. They've seemed very personable, have good CS and are willing to make changes based on feedback. Can't ask more from a publisher IMO. Just not worth my time anymore. |

It doesn't need help from the failure of other games to have success. It stands on its own as a very good game. And @ the OP, yes...En Masse has been very impressive with what they've done with this game so far. And I really like how active they are in responding to feedback. |

TERA will be a good or a bad game (for each player) for what it is, not because other games are better or worse. This rule applys to any game around. Some games make the core of their publicity based on talking about how bad are the features of other games but any game is good or bad for what it is, not for what others are.
At least for me works this way. |

That is pretty impressive, I didn't realize the extent at which En Masse was willing to tweak things for the Western market. |

After i canceled my TERA prepurchase and got my refund the customer service person kept my beta status open and i got an my open beta access to see if the game turns out to be what i want, so yeah they are indeed a nice bunch. I will keep playing the betas and if i change my mind but even if i change my mind i will buy the game on sale some time. Gorgeous graphics and outstanding character models are not enough to me for a full price game. We will see how the game evolves before and early after launch. |

Originally posted by wrightstuf EME has great customer service. Open a support ticket and I would expect an answer fairly quick, even if it is to cancel a preorder.
As for the changes to the game, I would recommend watching the GDC interviews. EME has influenced KTERA a lot. Ktera is using a broker (AH) because it is so popular here. The main difference is that ktera is already live and being publicized, and EME can keep their cards close until they want to publicly announce stuff for the NA release. |

En Masse is the only thing that might save this game over here. I would be willing and glad to try their next non-eastern MMO if they ever decide to make one. Listened to and watched the Pax East panel and the guy from En Masse seemed to get it so I hope for all you Tera fans they can make this game as good as it can be (barring the shortcomings it has). I think Tera will be fine especially in their hands. |

The only thing I will say on TERA is: this game makes rolling a priest actually fun!
I will be rolling this line on each post I make that is even slightly related to TERA. That is all. Put through the personal paces of my crippled fingers. |

Bought the game today....
Character creation is good. Like the name reservation and beta character rollover. Nice! |
