  • Now With More Shattering!

The Shatterer has taken his lumps through the years, and not just from Tyria's greatest heroes pounding away at his front right foot. Ever since the Tequatl revamp, players have wanted a better, more interesting experience for something that's supposed to be one of the most dangerous monsters in all of Tyria. For many of us, the Shatterer holds a special place as the first major boss encounters we saw in Guild Wars 2, and it's high time he seemed dangerous again.

Further, those players who have learned more advanced gliding masteries will be able to utilize them as well.

  • A 2016 Wish List

Last month's Wintersday Wish List was my attempt at singling out a few of the easier-to-address issues with Guild Wars 2. Today, I'm rolling up my sleeves and getting a little more muck on my arms, looking forward to 2016 and the kinds of tasks that might take a wee bit longer, if not a good portion of the year. We'll know more about ArenaNet's plans on Tuesday, but in advance of that, here are a few things I'd like to see on the long-term checklist.

  • Reviewing and Ranking the Heart of Thorns Zones

It's been two months since Heart of Thorns launched with four new zones, and, like many of you, I've spent countless hours exploring the jungle, taking down wyverns, running for my life, getting knocked on my ass, and plunging to my death.

  • Wintersday Wishes

I think I've been a reasonably good boy this year. I mean, there was that one incident with the quaggan, the chocolate sauce, and the Volkswagen, but that was all the way back in March and I'm sure that Tixx has totally forgotten about it...
