Cant seem to log in to the main account webiste to re-download the client, is there downtime currently?

I see 29 people viewing but none that know whats going on? someones got to know if the site is acctualy down or not...I gave up on this game after only 2 weeks of play, thought id try again.

I just went to the site, logged into my account and could have downloaded the client if I had wanted to.
