Tried the game again last weekend after a long pause but I just cannot run those copy paste zones and do tedious DE's. It's a good f2p game but it's quality also matches a f2p game content wise imo. It's ok with small dozes but that's it for me.

i seriously hope you were sarcasting since the people who saw GW2 as wow-killer are people we dont even want to have in the GW2 community. It was an hyped up zergfest of people screaming for an Messiah. I play WoW.. i play GW2, i like them both. But aside from the genre as mmorpg.. there is nothing, but really no real comparison possible to WoW. these are 2 different games, you can like one and hate the other. Both games have totally different players and a totally different feel to the community. I could have seen the disappointent from alot of people coming, it was unavoidable looking at the dream some people had on their mind. But tbh i couldnt care less about the people who quit gw2 ... if people want to leave, we are better off without them anyway |

The king and the pawn go back to the same box at the end of the day. |

The poll lacks the "I never bought the game and I'm just here to troll" option, those people will obviously vote "no", invalidating the results.

I logged in once when the Halloween event started, but that's it just to take a few screenshots. Just not interested in playing, haven't been for weeks. Once I got to 80, got all exotics, I was done. I don't care about the looks of armor/weapons so dungeon farming or farming for legendary is just not for me. I'm pretty much done now. That always happens with buy to play games for me. If there's no subscription fee, I usually have no reason to log in to get my money's worth.
What happens when you log off your characters????..... |

So about 40% of the mmorpg community quit. That's the same thing that site we can't talk about shows. 40-45% no longer use. edit- 1 million or so players is a really good thing btw. As I've said before I think GW2 will have a bout 6-800k by years end. DamonVile- Games built for disposable players are now apparently built by disposable employees. |
