There are only a finite amount of actions you can do in a game. Quests do not have infinite objectives. The way you present them is what matters.

GW2 is not innovative, that is just some tired claim used by fan boys. However the fact that it copied ideas from a lot of games does not mean it can't execute them well. Way i look at it is that it has no sub and does enough right that I feel its worth a purchase.

As far as I know is the game supposed to have GvG but just like all content over 25 was it not in the BWE. As for the rest not liking the game is fine, but calling it a Wow clone isn't. Not only was the model invented by Meridian 59 and perfected by Everquest but GW2 differs enough to not be oneof them anyways. GW1 is a lot closer to Wow (and EQ/M59) than GW2, the quests there are the same as M59 had in 1996. Why do I have the feeling that it was the combat that is your problem?

However, bringing up Dragona just made me cringe. kill x, loot x, escort. wow -era 2005+ style quest (Quest FEST). games looks very static compare to tabula rasa. character looks like it's from generic asian mmo. WvWvW get's old fast. anything worthwhile playing is Structured PVP, the environment is interactive. Yes, there are quests, albeit in the form of dynamic events, but quests nonetheless. Every MMORPG nowadays has them. Do you want to just grind? You... haven't played that many asian MMOs have you? Graphics are usually amazing if it's a AAA title. Hell even some of the F2P titles have great graphics. So in actuality that is a complement rather than an insult as you intended it. WvWvW gets old? In my opinion, It wouldn't work out as well. I'm guessing you're a GW1 fan who dislikes the direction GW2 is took. Did i mention the Cutscene in GW2 is like J-RPG psp games. So? Anet decided to use this type of cutscene for their conversations...how is this a bad thing? How does this make GW2 a WoW clone? There are also other kinds of cutscenes used in the game...Just saying... Making a baseless claim, just to bait the GW2 community...kind of sad, don't you think? I used to TL;DR, but then I took a bullet point to the footnote.

Now dont get me wrong i dont think GW2 is amazing and i dont think it had brought anything really new to the table other then their own twist to things.. but its well put togeather and can be quite fun considering its your average themepark game.. I was a bit disapointed as all the super hype about this game made it look like it was going to change the world.. Instead waht they did was just polish up the themepark system.. WoW started the polishing process i guess and a few others have added to the polish and this is what GW2 does.. Saying that im not a themepark fan so i think its knida like polishing a turd... The only valid point I took from OP was "where is the GvG?" Love me the WvW had a great time, but at some point I want to compete with guilds on my server for more than just ownership of the best area in WvW, and in a bigger scale than 5v5 PVP :) Would LOVE to see a in server only, GvG version of the WvW
