Updated the original post with some information regarding the meet up :)

This sounds fun, but I am still going with the notion of creating an Engineer,  and then handing everyone from this forum a Grenade with no pin in it. 

I wonder what would happen if there was an MMORPG.com guild. And we pwned! Thatd be awesome. But I think unlikely lol.

I can only speak for myself but every since the tail end of BC in WoW I quit my casual but fun loving guild I played with all the way back in DAoC onto CoH and then onto WoW for the eveil that is Raid Progression.  Raiding as you may know by some of my previous posts is the reason why (IMO) that MMO's turned to shit.  That ever growing sense of progression at the expense of anything else has destroyed more friendships then I dare to think of......anyhow I digress.  I have been pretty much guild hoping through various means and ways since that guild split up the week our raid leader quit when Arthas opened up in WotLK. 

 

I would be estatic to find a long term sociable, yet very mature, fun loving guild that are as estatic about the possibilities of GW2 as I am.  Currently I have 2 other friends I continue to game with from that last guild we were in, the remnants of a failed MMO raiding experience (although I will say it gave me 2 close friends).  The problem is one of them is still in love with SWTOR and the other is waiting for me to tell him how good GW2 is, even though we all know its gonna rock.  I feel he will eventually join me where ever I go but alas as it stands currently I have no guild to call home and am looking for some new BFF's. 

Just so it's perfectly clear, this isn't really meant to be a guild - not one taken seriously anyway.  The only reason I'll be setting up the guild is for the beta to make it easier for us all to communicate :)

 

Not meant to be a guild.........but you never know lol. I may do it. Depending on where my friends roll but ya I'm thinking this idea will be good. This way we can finally beat the hell out of whomever has been trying us personally on these forums lolol.

Totally awesome. I'll be in under the name Artist, or some other variation of it if it's taken up.

I think we should all post our IGN here once we got in to the right server and has created a character.

i guess its will be skatechalif for the beta if we realy need to use mmorpg.com ID,

I promise I will be checking these boards before logging into the beta weekend.  Hope to see a server posted and your vent or teamspeak server so we can join up!
