NCsoft has announced the launch of Hellbound, the latest free content expansion to Lineage II, as well as the special Lineage II Fourth Anniversary Edition retail package.

- Unfriendly community, riddled with bots and people using bot-programs, so the so-called unrivalled pvp is a joke, seeing as most of them cheat. There is something about the game though that will draw you back, back now with free games like Shaiya (almost identical to this), it makes the sub charges a joke. L2 free2play, then it would be fine. Otherwise try Shaiya, before you spend your money.

- This game is epic. Over the years it has gotten a lot better and it has free expansions(big content updates). With CT1.5 coming out soon with massive updates and fixes, I'd have to say this is the best game.

- Can't understand why so many people complain about grinding, it's an mmorpg...based on levels...and experience points...every rpg has it. Either you level by killing mobs or you level by doing quests...which involve killing mobs. I've yet to play an mmo that didn't use this system. You think people would be used to it by now.

- Well...well...well. I happend to be a L2 veteran. Ive tried to leave the game many times but I just keep coming back it seems. For me there is something in this games that draws me back. First I would sa the atmosphere (graphic laout).....second I become to like PvP more and more. But....eah...but. I have a thread on the forums here that have been flamed alot. Its about L2´s less good aspects. Mainl its because the poor customer service and the insane economy. Right now I managed to go awa from the game, Ill hope I stay away. But as I said: the gave have been ver addictive for me....so they must had done something right.
