Heya, I'd like to start playing L2 again as it is f2p and I wonder what are the differences between Innova and NCsoft servers. Which one do you prefer / suggest and why?

well ncsoft servers are located in usa, but 1 off the servers runs european timezone, innovas servers are hosted in europe, and both companies pretty much sells the same stuff in cash shop with minor difference, ncsoft might sell a few better items while innvoas shop is 2 times as more exespensive.

also innvoa has a preminum subscribtion 12£ a month for 2x exp and 2x sp, and with premium you can run 2 clients on innova while on ncsoft servers you can run as many as you like, on 1 computer.

then for bots, ncsoft dosen't care about them so their pretty rampant, but for innova im not sure first off their only startet of with banning botters for 1 day, first offenders then second time 10 days, and third pernament, but because off heavey qq from the comminuty first time is know 10 days, second a month, and third forever.

also ncsoft has about 5 servers pretty full, and innova has 2 servers 1 high poulation and 1 dead

Best option right now for a westerner who wants to play L2 is the Aria server on Innova EU.

Innova because they are proactive against botting (unlike NCwest who don't seem to give a crap).

Aria server because the other one, Core, is overloaded with players.

Innova has been running L2 in russia for years with great success. They have plenty of high pop servers over there so they're obviously doing something right, something that NCwest is seemingly incapable of pulling of.

im not so sure innova's the best choice I mean why would their start of with 1 day ban for botters, for the first 2 months and finnaly change it to 10 days, cause off the community. seems like a bad way to allow cheaters

not to mention if you into pvp the premium subscription is pretty mandatory, while the game has a cash shop and sells a 7 days 50% + exp rune for 15£

at least ncsoft has a maxmium off a 100 $ a month for the cash shop if i remember it right?, but then again their don't care about cheating
