Lineage II is increasing the rate at which you can earn experience points.  Isn't  this going to make the grind for money even worse since you level up quicker and thus have less time to earn Adena?

Depends, now the things are cheaper, and you can reach level 21 with around 450k thanks to certain quests.

Standard items. You can buy a top D grade weapon for 75k, up to 40 you don't need to pay for ports. However these standard weapons/armor can't be SA'd or enchanted. Also it's recommended to raid from 20-40 because rewards have increased in both exp and adena. There are standard items from grades D-B.

Plus they are making teleports free until lvl 40 (I know tons of money alone is wasted on this).

There are new "stardard items" which cost only a small amount of what normal items cost in addition to Shadow weapons. Adena will be much easier to manage now.

Also I'm sure a good tactic for new players can be:

Fill up all character slots with Human Fighters.

Do Newbie Guide Quests and class change quests for Rogue, Human Knight and Warrior.

Take the 500k you earned and give it to your "main".

Delete all toons other than your main.

= 3 million adena instantly within 6-7 hours.

Sorry to be offtopic but how do you actually transfer items/money between characters?? Ive just started the game and couldnt work it out.

Go to warehouse keeper choose option transfer item (or something like that) select character to which you wanna transfer log with that char and go to city you putted items and windraw them.

Its called Freight. When you do it, make sure you have some adena (1k adena for each thing you want to transfer) with you since the NPC takes the money from there.

You are right indeed, it will decrease silightly the adena gain, but for once NC has thought about everything i think, they have also introduced "Standard Items" which are the same as the normal grade items but they cannot be enchanted or have special habilities, and they cost MUCH MUCH less than the normal ones, a Bringandine D Leggings which would cost 500k adena costs around 13k, so it will even out until you start gaining more money.
