Ok i'm looking at having a go at this game whilst i'm waiting for AoC to come out, but i have a few noob questions.

1.Is this the latest version of the game and will it contain all of the patches up until now or will i have to buy any expansions?  www.amazon.co.uk/Lineage-II-Chaotic-Throne-Kamael/dp/B0012BINCI/ref=sr_1_1

2.how much are the monthly charges to play?

3.In a some of the games i have played in the past there has been one race/class that had a significant advantage over the rest (efectively an i win button) are there any races/classes in this game that have that or are they pretty well balanced?

4.which are the best servers for EU/UK players?

5.What is the crafting like ingame/are there any decent things that can be made making it worthwhile?

1, Yes, that will contain everything. Though in the end, it doesn't really matter because no matter which version you install, the updater will finish installing all of the content that you need. This just makes it so that you have to wait less.

2, not exactly sure for Euro... about $15.99 USD I think.

3, Archers, Nukers (especially Necros) Daggers, Extremely high lvl Gladiators. This is assume that they are buffed to the nines.

4, Teon. However, a brand new Euro Server is coming in April FYI

5, Crafting is the only way that high lvl players get things. Well, "sometimes" raiding but High lvl Epic raiding is not something done lightly in L2. You don't have Weekely Antharas or Valakas Raids for the most part. It is highly tedious as in many casees you are dealing with thousands of mats. I hate crafting in this game with a passion and  only buy when I can.

Dwarves are the only race that can craft armor and weapons. Everyone else can craft thigns like hair pins, Certain Hats, face changing potions, some other potiosn like fast casting potions, greater healing potions etc. But keep in mind there are other ways to get these items as well.

However, high lvl items are craft. With the added fun bonus of just 60% chance of success.
