alien1984 writes: I always thought lotro was a nice and fun looking game but i would never actually buy it... Main reason is not having the ability to play the evil side! That's what this game is lacking, hobbits ftl. Thu Jan 15 2009 1:47PM Report
fairbanks writes: The great thing about the Lord Of The Rings is that you Do not have to keep looking over your shoulder because someone is going to Gank you like In World Of Warcraft. It gets tiring having level 60s constantly attacking level 20s It is perfect as it is Thu Jan 15 2009 4:39PM Report

Karahandras writes: another vid trying to promote MOM i know sales weren't that good but must be worse than i thought. And the ability to play orc etc at lvl 10 is called monster play and is pvp only, unfortunately LOTRO is a pve game, interesting concept but falls way short of being worthwhile Fri Jan 16 2009 11:06AM Report
Balrogswrath writes: @ alien1984 They acutally do have the ability to play the other side. It's called monsterplay. Fri Jan 16 2009 1:08PM Report
Tekaelon writes: I starting playing LoTRO last November. Since that ti8me the population on my server has exploded so I'm not sure your imaginary sales figures are accurate. :) I don't really care about playing the bad side, but I would love to see Kin vs Kin PvP added to the game. Ordero writes: About sales figures, the majority of players bought the digital download version and so sales figures aren't of much accuracy here. Anyhow, I can assure any doubters that the game is packed with people (try moving in around 21st Hall for instance=massive lag due to all the players in there), but that's a good sign, tons of people playing and enjoying the game, now well two months into the expansion's release, with no sign of people getting bored and leaving :) Mon Jan 19 2009 5:05AM Report

brenth writes: I only give MOM a C rating I was very dissapointed with same ol encounters and quests, its basicl another zone just with a rock sky. lower zones are going dead because theres nothing interesting in the zones once the quests are completed so game is heading for topheavy like EQ1 still no boats. they need public works projects far better fishing interactable terrain resizeable windows usefull crafting. MOM killed what value they had. Thu Jan 22 2009 5:30PM Report
