What i would like in LOtRO is more customization options for our characters. It's nice to be able to have your own specific look.

I made a female elf and all the faces look the same, they're all the same height, the mouths also look the same. You can only have dark or brownish or greyish hair, not red or blonde. No ponytails. It's a bit disappointing; can't we have more hairstyles and -colours and a barbershop to change our current looks?

I agree completely. My character looks so generic but there is not way to make him look unique beyond equipment. I would love to see some sort of height and weight slider as well, and maybe some basic face paint would be cool. And a nose and mouth slider is definately needed.
