I get this itch to return to LotRO every once in a while, and it's not because of the gameplay or community - it's because the music system was tits, and I needs me some of it occasionally.

My suggestion would be this;

An item purchased with Turbine points that allows a player to add a month's time to their account for "limited access" to the game. This could be through characters under level 20, or to a special server just for those using this item, but the main idea is that it would let you get in game and play music. I don't know how many people are like me and would pay just to play lute online, but I would have to assume some would, and if it put like-users together it might form a more music-oriented community of it's own over time (though I am sure it already exists on most servers).
