I played LOTRO at launch and really enjoyed the game.
I also started getting into monster play but it was pretty hard as a monster to kill a freep unless it was 4 monsters vs 1 freep.

I'm wondering if monster play has improved a lot over the years? or if they just left it the way it was all this time.

Also as a F2P costumer are you able to even do monster play? I'm bored but don't want to download it if nothings improved.

Well I don't do monster play myself but I believe mainly any changes just had to do with bug clean up's etc.....  Monster play has always been just an after thought.

I believe all can do monster play now but only as a Freep.  Got to pay to be a Creep.
