I'm considering playing LOTRO, and have a very basic question about the store.

In the store, there are Quest Packs and Expansions for content.

Are there any cases where Expansions and Quest Packs overlap? What exactly do I have to buy to get all the quest/story content for LOTRO?

Any links, guides, or suggestions on what I need to purchase (to avoid double purchasing) would be greatly appreciated. Thanks!
