Well I just bought Lotro because i played at friend s house and really enjoyed and now I am installing.  I was wondering it says updating game data at only 15 kbs . Has anyone else ever had it that low. I mean no other mmo I have played has ever been that low when downloading.

Try restarting the launcher, it usually helps if its really low.

If WoW = The Beatles
and WAR = Led Zeppelin
Then LotrO = Pink Floyd

Are you sure there isn't another program running eating up your bandwidth? I can't remember what exactly mine d/l at but I know it was a lot faster than that. Think something that slow would have stood out to me.
