There is an ingame tutorial , not the best, but will be improved pretty soon. Alternatively there is youtube tutorial videos and plenty of guides on the forums. Really if you played Eve before. its much easier to get through the basics. Though being an Eve vet myself ,had a hard time getting used to playing on firm ground and using radar. Once you get used to it, Eve looks pretty flat and dull by comparison. Still playing Perpetumm since Release :)
