And there are hundreds of more streams going on all over the world.

How do mmorpgs stack up?

Well, WoW (which many mmorpg players consider a 'failed e-sport') is currently at 10k, over 90% of those being pvp streams.

Tera at 400

GW2 is at 202..

Lets be honest, mmorpgs are too niche and their users have too little interest in pvp to ever be an e-sport.

Pretty sure LoL has hit over 450k viewers on one channel during a tournament.  Also seeing over 150k LoL viewers is common place now.

I don't play LoL and I don't watch people play video games, but I watch the hell out of LoL tournaments.

Yeah, have to agree, can't imagine watching other people play games, heck, I don't even watch sports, I would rather participate.

In my day MMORPG's were sooooo hard we fought our way through dungeons in the snow....uphill both ways.
Still currently "subscribed" to EVE, and only EVE!!!
