Will there be new classes?
Yes, there will be four new classes. Two have been revealed so far: The Railman and the Outlander. These names are not finalized.

The three player classes from the original Torchlight will not be playable, although it's likely they will appear as NPCs; the Destroyer and Alchemist are mentioned in the game's story synopsis.

 

not much is known about the mmo, but if Torchight 2 is eliminating the alchemist ..
