Game: Rift
What is your favorite RPG game? Neverwinter nights is in the top 5 for me. baulder gates, and games like that is what I am looking for. but I need a new one. will try Dragon origins next.
Aaaah, much better voice-over in this video. The one problem I have is that the remaining survivors still figured out how to resurrect fallen heroes with bio-chemical genetic resurrection engineering. To think they'd be so lucky to have that many scientifically endowed warriors left with the resources to pull something like that off. Anyways, that's been my problem since the start . . . but I might just have to let go of that insanely massive lore-chasm; there's not much else out there that looks promising enough to play.
Gotta say you should probably read up on the Lore a bit more, Battlestorm, before you go claiming "insanely massive lore-chasms" The survivors went and uncovered abandoned machinery that was supposed to have been destroyed, but it was hidden instead.
From the official site:
"His studies led the small band of scholars to the Shadowlands, following rumors of preserved Eth machines. Before the fall of the Eth empire, a splinter group of Eth mages sought forbidden avenues to eternal life, and so their secret workshop survived the purge of the Convocation. Orphiel discovered their long-abandoned site and powered their machines back up, delighted to find that with only a little bit of tuning, they worked perfectly once again. Lost members returned to the Dragonslayer Covenant, beginning with reborn Ascendant Asha Catari."
So Guardians were ressurected by the gods and Deiant are created by the only survivors from the tearing? I did not know this stuff, cool.
Key me please, lol.
