During a Live Stream event last week, the Rift team revealed two more souls that will be coming into the game soon. Rogues will see the arrival of the healing-specific Physician and Mages will be able to choose the Mage tank Arbiter. As yet, not much is known about these two new souls but Trion has promised to reveal more in the coming days, according to Rift Junkies.

The Rift forums have been updated with a notice that PvP players wishing to participate in a new "Steppes of Infinity" Conquest event. During the event, players will meet at the Forts and work to collect (read: steal) the other team's stones and transport them back home. Once the kill count reaches 1,750, the race is on to beat the timer as the winner to collect newly minted loot.

The Rift v2.6, "Dream Weaver" update is now live across all servers. The update brings the new Dream Weaver profession into the game, a profession that allows crafters to make Dimension-specific items. Dimensions are Rift's version of housing. In addition, the Valentine's themed "Love-Bug" event has also rolled out.
February 12th, Rift players will have a lot of new content to explore with the arrival of the latest update that, most significantly, will include the Dream Weaver crafting profession. Dream Weaver is the new profession that allows players to craft custom items for the in-game housing system or "dimensions".
