1. Yes there are.
2. I can't help ya, pretty much all the ones I know of, besides the one I help GM, have shut down.
3. Shouldn't you have checked the Ragnarok boards first? lol

And you can do a google search for Yare or Aegis RO private servers. Keep in mind though, you get what you pay for. A lot of the servers are VERY buggy.
