I have a question about Rifts group content that is more dungeon specific. 

At what level can you access them?

Is there a LFG tool or is it just shout in the area?

Where are some of the low levels one?

Lev ~14 I think, with Iron Tombs (near the main city) and I think guards get Realm of the Fey (near guards main city)

There is a LFG tool.

I like Rift's dungeons more than other game's.The dungeons in WoW were good on average but some were pretty bad.  In Rift there's not a dungeon where half the party leaves upon entering it, other words there's no Oculus in Rift.
