Is it possible watch people build there city live? and if so is it even more possible like they were at ur computer playing where the camera movies in and out and around with the host computer?

I love sims but tbh I love watching people build them. This would be a lot better then streaming too.

I know u can enter cities but not sure how much from there it does.

I've seen it made possible in other games, however the netcoding behind it is a monolith.  I doubt they added such a feature.
