That's exactly what it is, if it's the screenshot I assume it is. (I took these while playing the game at the Monte Cristo studios). They held a community contest a little while back for people to submit pictures of their town's city hall. Some of the submissions were selected for inclussion in the game. Baltimore was one of them. I also got to see London and Sydney's, and also Los Angelas' Court House. There was also even a contest for people to submit pictures of the exterior of their own houses, with the winner's being modeled and included in the game.
Just read the article on the game as well. This thing sounds, and now looks, pretty cool. May have to fire up Caesar IV for a CBuilder fix now. ;)
Cant wait.
Gonna be a beastly game =]
Installed sim city 4 to get back into it :P
Not to mention the monthly, or rather quarterly payment plan (if it sticks to release), looking forward to the finished product for sure.
Awesome. I love architecture and Sim City (not Societies), so the two mixed into an MMO is awesome!
That last picture looks like Baltimore city hall.
