U.B. Funkeys Overview and Recent Content
U.B. Funkeys is a virtual world designed for children. In order to play, one must purchase a Funkeys toy starter kit at retail, and plug in the USB drive that comes with it. Once installed, the software opens up a world where kids can play minigames, compete to earn coins (in-game currency) that they can swap for items and customization options for their homes or characters.
Other individual or multipacks of toys are sold. The more toys that are purchased and registered, the more areas of the game open up to the player. The toys range from common to very rare, and each new registered toy also unlocks that particular Funkey character in game. Other than the price of the toys, there is no charge to play.
