This game has great visuals that pull you into their world. The story lines and the feeling of being a detective in very own mystery novel is what can really grab you. However, the game stops dead in its tracks right there. There are levels, the initial customization of your character is VERY limited, though options appear later in the game to purchase clothing that more 'suits' (no pun intended) the charcter you have in your mind. While this game seems to suggest government conspiracy and sci fi potential, thats not where the game heads, its all about magic and old world legends. The enemies tend to be zombies in some form or another, or demonic creatures, and I should say that the art is truely amazing, but the enemies get old quick. The true limiter in this game are the powers/abilities. You have swords, claws, hammer, pistols, rifle, shotgun, elemental, blood , and chaos magic. How are these limited? Unfortunately you would need to try it to understand, after playing any of the weapons you start to realize that you will be spamming one or two powers over and over again during most batles.  The first tier skills have very similar secondary or outter ring skills, so there isn't a cool surprise. The sounds of some of the weapons are unrealistic, and anoying. Combat in this game, becomes boring, very quick. One nagging last item is that some of the riddles in game, require ridiculous and unexpected actions on your behalf. Not to ruin anything, but you are expected to go out and get yourself killed just so you can get one of the clues. The fact that you need to die, is not clear, and wouldn't occur to a rational human being in my opinion. I do not recommend you waste your money on this game. Good for about 20 days of entertainment.

My gf got it that she should "die" on that part. (was so proud) I also completed all the missions without any spoilers though it might be an rxtreme example and it took some hours and a lot of papers with runes, latin and notes on them. I loveded it. If you arent that type of person just go google it. I dont really see how riddles difficulty can be a Con. As far as combat and let alone the repetetivnes of skills goes ... i dont know what games u played before ... but i guess that opinion is very subjective. I havent seen a MMO with more complex and indepth combat system.
