The Secret World News - RagnarTornquist.com Shut Down

RagnarTornquist.com Shut Down | The Secret World | MMORPG.com

Ragnar Tornquist, Producer and Director of The Secret World, has revealed via a tweet that his personal site RagnarTornquist.com is no more.

Obviously, the 140 character limit of Twitter doesn't allow for much explanation, nevertheless the The Secret World creator cites a "massive amount of spam e-mails" as the primary reason:

"So that's the end of that: RagnarTornquist.com has been shut down, my account suspended due to a massive amount of spam mails. Bye-bye blog."

This is some pretty unfortunate news as many fans of the man, his work, and of course, The Secret World, followed Mr. Tornquist's personal site closely for his often insightful posts on a variety of topics, as well as little nuggets of information on the progress of his upcoming horror-themed MMORPG.

UPDATE: Following a cached Google link to Mr. Tornquist's site reveals an apparent hacker takeover, perhaps this has something to do with his site's shut down.
