Did not like this.

I have no emails from Paypal stating I set up a pre-approved plan. I deleted my payment info from Funcom's website immediately. I logged in repeatedly to their website and there were no options to cancel, only to "Upgrade to premium membership".

Nothing they have done or said, and nothing I have heard from paypal, makes me want to change my mind about feeling like I've been ripped off.

And their customer service is execrable. I have spent a good chunk of change with them since AOC came out - never a dime again.

You guys amaze me.  I'm no fan of Funcom, but this is CLEARLY an issue with paypal, not funcom.  Why not direct your anger at the correct place?

Because that would be too easy.

I've had no end of problems with PayPal, none of them linked with online games I might add, I detest using the system.

I don't see it as a paypal problem. The customer service GM's at funcom that repeatedly blew me off, dropped in canned emails, declined to pay attention to the facts I presented them, and refused to let me talk to a supervisor or manager did not see it as a paypal problem either. They acknowledged that Funcom billed me and they were keeping my money.
