I went to canyourunit.com and it said my gpu failed . I have a Nvidia 310M and under each subcategory for the gpu it passes so I'm confused if my laptop can run it. I would really like to some input would hate to buy it and not be able to run it. Also for something that really liked anarchy online would you suggest this game? |

That's because you got a laptop (i.e., slower) version of the slowest video card from the last four generations from either major vendor. Your card probably offers less than 1/4 of the graphical performance of the minimum required specs. |

My wife has a laptop with a 310, and I can assure you that even if it does run you wont want to play it because the framerates will be abysmal. We're looking at new laptops... It was a decent entry chip 2 or 3 years ago, but now it's a serious liability. |

Im a very expeirenced laptop enthusiast and read every day about the topic across the internet. You can visit my youtube channel and see how my current laptop games at http://www.youtube.com/notebookplayer. I would definitely say in no way would that card be acceptable with this game by any means imaginable. I have no clue how it passed the "can you run it" test as Iv used that same website before but that card would definitely not play the game at all and would be a waste of your money to do so.

It's been a while since Asus offered any high end gaming laptops at all. It's not that the GTX 560M was a bad card (at least if you ignore the dreadful energy efficiency, which you shouldn't); it was clearly faster than integrated graphics by a large enough margin to have a point. I'm just saying that it wasn't high end. |

Speaking of which, the hardware section of this forum is a better place to find advice on that than a random game forum. This advice holds for the original poster, too. Though it's likely that you'd be better off getting desktops rather than laptops. That will get you more performance for less money, with a whole host of other advantages. If you need a laptop for something, then keep using your old laptop for it. |
