There seems to be an absolute ton of hype articles in MMORPG.com features section abut TSW atm. So the games launch can't be Xmas this year as I was predicting, or they are hyping it up way too much, too early? Any ideas? |

No, i wouldnt really badger the OP for his statements. TSW was suppose to be out Dec'11, they then (without overhyping it prior) moved the launch date back untill May (i think it was may) and then again untill July. I think Funcom is really nervous about a syle of launch that has become synonymous with the word Funcom. Honestly if they need to i would say push it back as much as needed, people dont have the tolerance for bad launches anymore, its "competition" has no set release date yet, and people are going to be looking at this games launch under a microscope, and minor issues is going to be an "ahh haa!" moment for people waiting to dubb this the developers 3rd "worst launch ever"
My guess is the OP hasnt been following the game and then stopped by here and made that statement with the info he had, which was outdated. It would have made much more sense if he had written the thread title " Is TSW out yet?" |

I was in a coma guys! But then I try not to follow the hype build up, so I tend to not keep up with the news. In fact a mate said it was coming out soon and I told him it was only the beta. :) Well I will now wait until the game launches and see how the reviews go. |
