CracMonki writes: i think the whole target and spam actions has a lot to do with bandwidth and server/client compuer power. But it's getting better. you just gotta keep in mind that houseing 64 people in a server world that is 100x100m's is alot diffrent then houseing over 100 players in an area of 1000x1000m's. also alot of MMO/RPG players are not into the TWITCH combat system. they perfer the stat/skill style as in old PnP games. Neherun writes: I don't suggest using this video in order to get view of DF's graphics, theres newer video (mirdain riding on mount) which has the newest shadow effects, it looks rather neat, and game like this can't have good graphics, even most of the hit boxes had to be removed in order to make lag free game.
