Darkfall's Tasos Flambouras has posted what is hopefully the final word on the now infamous 2/10 review of Darkfall on EuroGamer, rejecting EuroGamer's offer for a re-review and in the end saying "we'll just take it on the chin and stick with the original review."

Tasos Responds to EuroGamer Review
Yesterday, EuroGamer published a review of Darkfall, scoring the game 2/10. Darkfall's Tasos Flambouras responded, saying that the review was unfair and that game logs showed the reviewer had only spent 2 hours in the game. Today, EuroGamer Editor Tom Bramwell has posted a response, saying the reviewer spent 9 hours in the game, and that EuroGamer fully backs the review, but they will be posting a new review for another perspective on the game. Now, Tasos has posted a new response.

Tasos on Crashes, Cheating, and More
The latest update form Tasos Flambouras on the Darkfall forums warns players with improper names to create new characters within 48 hours or have their account banned, explains performance issues during massive battles, offers no short term help for players who lost items during crashes but says they're working on a more permanent solution, and offers another stern warning to cheaters saying it's not a matter of if you'll get caught, it's a matter of when.
