I think it's dumb that you are only allowed to trial once. I trialed Eve like 4-5 times before I finally got into it. Sandboxes are usually an acquired taste and being able to trial this once isn't doing DFO any favors.

If you did not like DF the 1st time, you wont like it more later anyway. They will probably allow you to try again for free after Arena expansion since it will be huge. Darkfall is only good if your expectations are low, find a decent clan and accept the fact that some people cheat, use 3rd party tools to win at all costs. If you can do that then you are Darkfall material.

Just make an account with different email on different pc or somewhere else then your home you can play several freetrials. Only dont do it at sametime when one is finished make a new one.

I agree that indeed alot cheat but still plenty who don't, and good advice you have but dont make this game bigger then it is and your in for a great time. When you wanne kick ass at day one forget it, but you can pvp if your willing to seek also other newbees but you maybe die alot thats risk playing Darkfall. Also plenty of spots to hunt mobs plenty of crafting and explring world is HUGE and no loadscreens or instance.

A bank was robbed the other day and a man opened fire on the customers being held hostage. One customer zig-zag sprinted until he found cover. When questioned later he explained that he was a hardcore Darkfall Online player and knew just what to do.
