To the last post... I do not believe that a game has to be created by the giants in the industry to be a great game. +2 but close to +3 I think that the developers realy think it is going to be everything they say it is but I think inevitabily |

I completely trust in the holy prophet Tasos, true faith never yields to doubt. I believe in a day that comes "Soon™", where Darkfall will be released, and non-believers will perish while we ascend. +3, though i do think the game will be pretty revolutionary compared to current MMOs in the sense that it brings together so many different types of real-time combat and player freedom into a huge, dynamic, and evolving world.
i don't think it will have a massive number of subs though, but 100K+ is probably pretty likely unless the gameplay is bad, which i strongly doubt. 100K+ subs 3 months would make it a success, but the really interesting thing would be to see where DF is at 1-2 years after launch.

Honestly this game is going to be another Fury or Hellgate london. It will attract a decent crowd at the beginning but within a year the server will be closing down. That makes me a -4. |
