trolling and exaggeration aside, Darkfall looks quite a bit better than warhammer and really not that far away from AoC. you can see how much graphical quality was lost in the 17min video by looking at the crispness of the text in the trade window. it's obviously heavily compressed and lost a lot of quality, especially compared to recent screenshots which show the true quality.

Well the way I see it there are four possible reasons:

 

1. The "Vaporware" Crowd... These are people that have been crying "Vaporware" for so long that to admit it might be a good game at this point would be admitting defeat. So now they have switched to "It's gonna suck" just so they can save face for as long as possible.

Don't write off a game that hasn't even come out yet. There are plenty of systems in place to make life for greifers very difficult.

wich is why I hope Darkfall makes it, so the FFa PvP crowd DO get a place to call home(and maybe convert some of them to sandboxers along the way).

So you want a sandbox with a rule of  no one should be able to destroy his neighbours castle.

That is sandbox version 1.0.

DarkFall offers an entirely additional dimension a sandbox 2.0 so to speak.

I could only think of positives from darkfall. People who enjoy sandbox mmos could play a type of game they havn't been able to enjoy for a while, and people who have never experienced a sandbox mmo can try it out.

Aye very. Says alot about the vaporware trolls and haters that comes to this site with their trashtalk. Theyre kids that wont accept followers of Darkfall finding their type of game. 

Darkfall haters here on mmorpg.com is by far the worst community.

Yeah, Blazer fits quite nicely into category 4 of my list in my previous post in this thread. His post history speaks for itself. He jumps on the bandwagon anytime there is a thread with a lot of negative comments in it regardless of whats being discussed. To the point that he contradicts himself quite regularly.
