I for one have never been a big follower of this game. But I did read about it on its main page here at mmorpg.com. Also have ready many posts made by others on this game.

The entire game sounds awsome except for one thing. First Person. I for one do not mind first person in most games, however when I play an mmorpg I would at least like the option for third  or first person. With that being said the game still seems that it will be fun regardless of the mindless Zergs that will be playing the game as well. Then again as a roleplay standpoint, the mindless zerging/raid partys of the orcs and those Wolf people would bring a nice touch to the game. Anyways, I can look past the first person view. It is disheartening that the game has been in development for so long, but ont he bright side of things when it does come out it should be very polished.

First Person is for magic and archery only 3rd person View for melee. The first person view doesn't (well won't ) kick in till you draw your wand/staff or bow.

If Darkfall is nothing more than a scam, then this guy has to be lying through his teeth. No two ways about it. So I'll take this as another small, but encouraging sign.
